South West London has had a brewing heritage for many a year, it is something we and our local community are engaged in and proud of. As a guest of our hotel we invite you exclusively to visit a local brewery as part of your stay, with no added cost, to learn about the traditions and processes that goes into creating great beers served through our pub. This is an opportunity to visit Sambrook’s Brewery in Battersea (less than 2 miles distance) for a 45 minute tour with a free pint of one of their ales as you arrive. Please speak to your Hotel Receptionist when booking as limited dates and spaces are available.

We're kicking off the month of December with a chance to get crafty! Join us as we host our 2nd annual wreath making event!

We will be sipping on mulled cider, munching on mince pies, and getting in the holiday spirit throughout the evening!
Grenville Nursery will be providing all of the supplies to create your own perfect wreath or festive table piece! Keep it for yourself- or give it as a gift!

Home of the award-winning Michel Roux Jr Cookery School, Cactus Kitchens is a short stroll from the Windmill (Michel is a local boy). Enjoy fun-filled and expertly taught full and half-day classes and entertaining cooking experiences with top chefs. Our friendly teaching kitchen sits above the studio where BBC One’s Saturday Kitchen is recorded live each week (fans take note).
