At the windmill we take pride in our food and include the best of British ingredients. Our beef is selected from the Quantock Hills in North Devon within the Exmoor National Park, in fact all our meat and poultry are sourced from the West Country, and even our pork is free range. Where possible we use British fruit and vegetables.

Q) What was the last film that made you cry?
IAN) The Lion King.
Q) Favourite colour?
IAN) Same as everyone’s – blue.
Q) Your best bragging moment?
IAN) A private dinner party for Tina Turner as acting Head Chef for BlueBird.
Q) Strangest dish ever requested?
IAN) Someone asked for chicken, medium rare – my answer was “get out”.
Q) Your hobbies?
IAN) Fishing on the common! A 22lb Carp out of the little pond!
We serve food from 11am till 10.30pm Mon-Sat and 12pm till 10pm on Sunday.
